Our Quality Policy ensures that the Manning Services offered to our Clients and Seafarers are rendered according to the Clients and Seafarers requirements in an honest, efficient manner and definitely in accordance with Local and International Regulations.

 Using a well established procedure of selection and onboarding, our crewing services can meet any kind of Client's requirement, from supply of a single crew member to the entire crew complement. Moreover, we are fully capable of providing the entire range of crew management services from a remote location on behalf of Ship Owners and Managers. Our personnel are trained to meet every kind of professional challenge, and our commitment to training ensures that all Deck and Engine room personnel attend refresher courses to upgrade their skills and maintain a competitive edge in the maritime industry.

 In order to obtain such necessary practical experience which is increasingly acquiring value in life and becoming a condition for a quality life, especialy for our Good Clients, upon request, we can provide ISM pre-joining Familiarization or special training in regard to software, using on board the ship. That will permit organize more faster handover and  initiate success contract from the first days on board.

 Our instructors/examiners have successfully passed STCW Course “Train the trainers”, required by Regulation I/6 STCW 78/95 Section A-I/6 of the STCW Code and IMO Model Courses 3.12 and 6.09.

 

 Only a joint and kind cooperation gives a great mutual benefit, as opposed to working in competition for selfish benefit.
